Join fellow congregants for this gentle yoga practice as an alternative point of connection to Jewish life through movement. Class is designed to embody and cultivate middot (soul traits) drawn from the spiritual practice of Mussar. Classes promote mindfulness, improve mobility, reduce stress, nourish spirit and enhance community connection. If you can breathe, stand, sit and stretch you have all that you need. Come for one session or all!
