Spring Celebration

Saturday, March 28 at TST

Join us for Temple Shir Tikva’s Annual Fundraiser Spring Celebration: a joyful evening that brings our community together in support of our Annual Fund, the foundation that sustains everything we do.

Each year, this gathering will honor a part of our Temple community that has made a profound impact. This year, we proudly celebrate 10 years of our Early Learning Center, marking a decade of joy, curiosity and learning for generations of families.

With our theme, Celebrate Like a Kid, expect playful energy with an elevated twist - great food, drinks, interactive experiences, games, and music.

All proceeds support Temple Shir Tikva’s Annual Fund, helping to ensure our community continues to thrive today and into the future.

Upcoming Events

Tuesday, February 24 on Zoom at 7:00 pm

After forty years, John Irving returns to the world of his best-selling classic novel and Academy Award-winning film, The Cider House Rules, revisiting the orphanage in St. Cloud’s, Maine, where Dr. Wilbur Larch takes in Esther, a Vien¬nese-born Jew whose life is shaped by antisemitism.

John Irving’s sixteenth novel is a testament to his enduring ability to weave complex characters and intricate narratives that challenge and captivate. Queen Esther is not just a story of survival but a profound exploration of identity, belonging, and the enduring impact of history on our personal lives, showcasing why Irving remains one of the world’s most beloved, provocative, and entertaining authors of all time.

This course explores the middot (character traits) that come into play when we engage in challenging conversations.
