We are thrilled to welcome Pam Schuller for a weekend full of laughs, learning, and inclusion.
As a teen, Pamela Schuller had the worst diagnosed case of Tourette Syndrome in the country, a touch of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and a whole lot of pent-up anger. She spent years depressed and wishing her differences away. Over time, she started looking at her life differently and turned her obstacles and challenges into the very fuel that propels her.
Now an internationally known disability and mental health advocate and professional stand-up comedian, Pamela’s stories of growing up in a body she had no control over are engaging, powerful, a little bit heart-wrenching, and unapologetically funny.
This weekend, there are several opportunities for our community to engage with Pam:
“What Do I Say Now? Communication Across Generations”
We want to support our kids and grandkids, but the world, language, expectations, mental health, disability, and technology have changed. Sometimes we simply don’t know what to say when a child or grandchild is struggling, identifies differently, has a disability, is anxious, or just doesn’t want to talk.
Inclusion Advocate and Comedian, Pamela Schuller will share personal stories and create an open, interactive space where participants can ask questions about disability, mental health, and other topics that may have felt difficult or even taboo to talk about. The goal is to understand that we do not have to have all the “right” answers, but instead, we can foster a space to ask better questions, listen, and build stronger connections across generations.

“Seriously Funny”
What happens when life throws you a curveball? You find the funny.
In Seriously Funny, Pamela Schuller takes audiences on a hilarious, heartfelt journey through the unexpected moments, awkward encounters, and spectacular curveballs that come with being human.
Through stand-up comedy and storytelling, Pamela turns real-life experiences into stories that will make you laugh, cry, and maybe see the world a little differently.
Known for blending sharp comedy with powerful storytelling and a message about creating a culture of “yes, and” inclusion, Pamela doesn’t just tell you to embrace differences. She shows you how much more interesting life becomes when you do.
Come for the laughs. Stay for the stories. Leave seeing possibility where you didn’t see it before.

Failing & Building Resilience
This engaging session provides concrete tools to support young people through failure and building resilience, while also creating the safety nets they need to take risks, learn, and grow.
Perfect for parents and anyone guiding the next generation, this session explores how we can help young people navigate failure without letting it define them, and how we can create environments where they feel supported enough to try, struggle, and keep going.

Pamela has spoken and performed in seven countries, in every state in the US, and for more than 100,000 kids, teens, and professionals. She holds a BA in Psychology and Youth Outreach Through the Arts and an MA in Child Advocacy and Policy, and post Masters certificates in Executive Coaching and Leadership in the Digital Age.
She has grown that skillset into a repertoire that teaches kids and teens to be proud of who they are, communities to be deeply inclusive, and corporate teams to be innovative and learn to make smart, bold moves. She can be seen on Netflix, Buzzfeed, Doctor Mike Videos, NBC, and she has worked on inclusion and accessibility with Disney, Google, WellsFargo, and United airlines to name just a few.
Pamela doesn’t just “tolerate” what makes her different; she embraces it, loves it, and finds the funny in it... all while challenging her audiences to do the same.
