Gentle Yoga, with Holly Glick

A gentle yoga practice for challenging times. Each class is based on a Mussar middah (character trait). If you can breathe, stand, sit, and stretch, you have all you need. Come to your mat (or a blanket) to find ease in body, mind, and spirit. Come for one session or all.

“Kid-friendly” cereal, pasta, cooking oil, peanut butter, any canned vegetables, mac & cheese, diapers, personal hygiene: shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant
