New Member Application

Welcome to Temple Shir Tikva!

We are so excited that you will be joining our vibrant community! Please take a few minutes to provide us with information about you and your spouse or partner, if you have one. Please fill out as much as you can below.

Once you have completed the initial application, click the "Continue" button. You will then be asked to set up your password, and you will be logged into your TST account. From there, you will then be able add information about your children and Yahrzeit information (dates marking the anniversaries of the deaths of loved ones for remembrance each year).

Most of the information you provide will be shared with TST staff and board members, and some of it is also appears in our membership directory. If you have concerns about how the information is shared, please contact the office at 508-358-9992.

You will be joining as a "Community-Supported Member" which is our program that allows you to explore and experience our community without paying membership dues. If you are interested in our fee structure, here is a link to our current fees. Please know that no one who wants to be a member is ever turned away for financial reasons.
