Introduction to Jewish Meditation
February 26, 2019 - 7:00pm

We are pleased to announce that we will be resuming our Jewish Meditation group, starting on February 26th at 7 p.m. in the Sanctuary. Meditation practice brings many wonderful benefits, and Jewish meditation in particular can help us feel a deeper spiritual connection and a profound sense of ease in a life that can sometimes be challenging. This class is appropriate for people of all levels of experience – no prior meditation experience required.

We are thrilled introduce Rabbi Carol Glass (see full bio below) who will be leading our meditation group. Rabbi Glass has trained with The Institute for Jewish Spirituality, the same group that our own Cantor Hollis has studied with and she comes highly recommended. The meditation sessions will combine instruction on meditation techniques, actual practice and Jewish text study. Future dates for the meditation group will be announced shortly as well.

If you have ever wanted to learn to meditate, explore Jewish meditation, to deepen your current practice this class is for you. If you have any questions about the class please call Cantor Hollis at TST or Jeff Maimon at 781-690-1474.
